The Rs.1 lakh car from Tatas is in the news for a while now though exact details have never been known since it's conception. The news these days is that Tatas are working on building a new plant in several places including West Bengal and Uttaranchal. Meanwhile, some one decided to take advantage of lack of clear picture and showcase the likely car's appearance. Beware, it is definitely something along your line of expectation.
