Harley decided to stay away as their bikes would have been over priced over here in India...it's simple economics.As far as the polluting thing is concerned..hmmmm the less said the better! We have our domestic lorries, buses, cars and millions of two wheelers doing that very very efficiently already, everyday. Its definately unfair and incorrect to allow them to come to India.
